What you will do
- Manage landlord relationships and renewal negotiations
- Conduct viewings and qualify tenants properly before offer
- Track upcoming availability street by street
- Coordinate move-in, snagging and utility transfers with Client Care
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
What we need from you
- Two or more years in Dubai residential leasing
- Valid RERA broker registration
- UAE driving licence and own car
- Genuinely organised — this role lives or dies on follow-up
- Fluent English
