Small on purpose, and structured to stay that way
Boutique is a constraint we chose, and it changes what the job is. Here is what that means in practice.
Four communities, not the whole emirate
You get a defined patch and the time to know it properly. Nobody here is asked to advise on a community they have never walked.
Warm books, not a cold desk
New advisors inherit existing instructions and a client list. You start with something to work, not a phone and a target.
Marketing and admin handled
Photography, listing production, conveyancing and handover are in-house. Your day is clients, not paperwork.
Paid on repeat business
The commission structure rewards clients who come back and refer. It is deliberately hard to do well here by churning.
4 positions, all in Barsha Heights
Senior Property Advisor — Victory Heights
Take over an established Victory Heights book with existing instructions and a warm client list. This is a community-specialist role, not a general sales seat — you will be expected to know every sub-community and villa type inside six months.
Leasing Advisor — Emirates Living
Run the leasing book across The Springs and The Meadows, working renewal cycles proactively rather than reactively. Suits someone who enjoys the pace of leasing and the relationship management that comes with it.
Marketing Executive
Own how the firm looks and sounds — listing presentation, social, the market notes, and the photography standard. A broad brief in a small team, with real ownership.
Client Care Coordinator
Keep transactions moving between offer and handover — DLD paperwork, NOCs, snagging and utility transfers. The role that stops deals stalling in week three.
Nothing that fits? Send a note to careers@theurbannest.ae anyway. We open roles when the right person appears, not the other way round.
