What we collect
When you enquire, book a valuation, apply for a role or subscribe to our market notes, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever context you choose to share about the property or role in question. We also collect basic technical information — browser type and pages viewed — to keep the site working.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to match you against suitable properties, to process a job application, or to send the newsletter you asked for. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third-party advertisers.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is seen by the advisor handling it and by the client-care team who process the transaction. Where a transaction requires it, details are shared with the Dubai Land Department, the relevant developer, or a conveyancer acting for you.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as we are advising you and for a period afterwards consistent with our regulatory obligations. Job applications are held for twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Newsletter subscriptions are held until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Newsletter emails carry an unsubscribe link in every issue.

Permits
Every listing displays its Trakheesi permit number. Where a permit number appears as a SAMPLE placeholder, that listing is demonstration content and does not represent a property available for sale or rent.
Off-plan
Off-plan payment plans, handover dates and specifications are set by the developer and may change. We will explain the terms as we understand them, but the developer's contract governs.
